Pastor Dan and Myra Gray

The Lord led Pastor Gray to start Calvary Baptist Church in 1990.  He has been the first and only pastor of our church.  He has a tremendous passion for God and getting the Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ to the people of our community.  The Lord has enabled our church under Pastor Gray's leadership to support over 60 missionaries and mission projects on 6 continents. In 2004 Pastor Gray led our church to plant the Community Baptist Church in Surry, VA.  Several have surrendered to Christian service under his ministry and are serving the Lord around the Unites States of America and several foreign countries.  Pastor Gray and his wife, Myra, have been married for over 40 years.  The Lord has blessed them with three grown children who are all actively serving the Lord.
